We require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to a scheduled appointment; failure to notify us within that 24 hours will result in a charge at full price ~ as if the session occurred. We will do our best to fill your appointment slot if you need to cancel within 24 hours and reserve the right to waive the charge in these instances. Monies paid are for work performed, but we make every attempt to satisfy every client. If you are unhappy, for any reason, with our service we ask that you communicate the reason you are unhappy and allow us the opportunity to make things right before looking at partial or full refunds. Packages purchased can be cancelled at any time, and refunds will be processed according to single session rates for the amount of the package used. Packages purchased must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Products offered for sale on our website or that of our affiliates, once delivered (physically or electronically) will always include documentation about any guarantee and unless specifically stated, none should be implied. Again, we make every attempt to satisfy every client – so, let us know why you are unhappy and allow us the opportunity to make things right before looking at partial or full refunds.
What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, life coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
